The short version
I've sifted through a lot of belief systems over the years — moving through environments of healthcare, military, social non-profits, and the entrepreneurial landscape. Along the way, I noticed a pattern: the people who gave the most were often the ones running on empty.
I saw it in myself too. Achieving, performing, building — but always feeling like the next milestone would be the one that finally made it all feel enough. It never was. And I realized that what I was really searching for wasn't out there at all.
That's when I found the MAP Method and dubbed myself "The Abundance Archaeologist." Not because I help people create something new — but because I help them uncover what is already within. The abundance was always there. The beliefs burying it were the problem.
"Creating simplicity and joy in our lives comes from a place of uncovering what is already within."
Now I guide clients in rewiring their brains to be ready to receive all that life has to offer. Using the MAP (Make Anything Possible) Method, we go to the root of what's keeping you stuck and clear it at the subconscious level. Not forcing change — allowing it to emerge naturally.
My clients come from healthcare, the military, non-profit leadership, and entrepreneurship. Different worlds, same undercurrent: people who serve at a high level and deserve a life that nourishes them back. It's been one of the great honours in my life to grow alongside my clients and community.
