Before we dig into any technique, we need to understand the framework. The "Abundance Archaeologist" metaphor is central to everything Savannah teaches: you are not broken — you are simply carrying artifacts from your past that were never meant to travel this far.
An archaeologist doesn't judge a shard of pottery. She studies it, understands what it tells us about what was, and then decides what belongs in the museum and what can be left in the ground. That's what this work is.
Your beliefs about what you deserve — what's possible, what's safe, what's available to someone like you — were formed long before you had any say in them. They came from your family of origin, the culture you grew up in, the experiences that felt threatening or confusing, and the conclusions your younger self drew to stay safe.
This module is your orientation. We'll introduce the MAP Method at a high level, establish how we'll work together throughout this course, and you'll start your first piece of self-inquiry: mapping the territory of your current abundance landscape.
Savannah will upload the video for this module. The written guide below covers all core concepts in full.
A limiting belief is a conclusion your nervous system reached to keep you safe — usually in response to something that felt threatening when you were young, overwhelmed, or didn't have context to interpret correctly. The belief made sense then. It doesn't serve you now.
Understanding this distinction is crucial. We're not here to criticize the younger version of you who made these conclusions. We're here to update the operating system.
Scarcity thinking — the felt sense that there isn't enough, that you aren't enough — is not a character flaw. It's a learned adaptation. This is good news. What is learned can be unlearned. What was absorbed can be released. That's what the rest of this course is built for.
This module includes a guided MAP Method practice. Savannah's video will walk you through it live. For now, follow the written guide below.
The MAP (Mental and Emotional Release) Method is a powerful, body-informed process for clearing emotional blocks and limiting beliefs. Unlike talk therapy, MAP works directly with the subconscious — releasing stored patterns at the root rather than managing them at the surface.
In Savannah's application of the MAP Method, clients learn to access and release the emotional charge attached to specific beliefs — not by analyzing them to death, but by feeling through them with support and technique.
This module guides you through a foundational MAP Method clearing practice focused on your beliefs about personal worth — the bedrock of all abundance work. You'll identify a specific belief, locate it in your body, and begin the release process using the framework you'll continue to build on throughout all three tiers.
Savannah will guide you through a dedicated clearing session in this video. The written guide below prepares you for the practice.
Our relationship with money is almost never actually about money. It's about safety, love, control, worthiness, visibility, and belonging. The numbers in our bank account are data points — but the feelings we attach to them are a map of our inner landscape.
This module takes you deeper into the abundance clearing work, with specific focus on the most common emotional blocks that prevent people from receiving more: the belief that wanting is dangerous, that having more means someone else has less, and that wealth is evidence of something wrong with your character.
You'll leave this module with a completed clearing, a clearer picture of your primary money blocks, and the beginning of a new relationship with receiving.
This closing module includes Savannah's guidance on building a sustainable daily practice. Video coming soon.
Insight without integration is just information. The real shift happens in the days and weeks after you do this work — in how you respond to old triggers, how you talk to yourself when things go sideways, and how you receive both good things and hard things.
This final module is about building the foundation that holds everything we've done in Tiers 2 and 3. Not a rigid routine — but a set of practices rooted in your personal archaeology that keep the excavation alive in daily life.
Congratulations on completing Tier 1. You've laid the roots. In Tier 2 — The MAP Method Deepened — we go further: ancestral belief patterns, advanced clearing sequences, the body-mind connection, and holistic practices for living in sustained abundance.
The Foundations of Abundance worksheet walks you through the core exercises from this course — your personal belief map, the worth-clearing process, and a template for your daily abundance practice. Print it or work through it digitally.
